An Annoucement from California Minister Dr. Jeff Fall
Dear Church Family, I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving. This has been a trying week for all of us; it is a time that I would like to be with ALL of our area churches! Due to the size of the Los Angeles congre- gation and the possibility that we might have an uninvited speak- er here, I felt that it was important that we stay in the Los Angeles area for this Sabbath. Brethren, this sad state of affairs has been brought on by a revolt! There has been an insidious take over of the Work of God and the Church of God. I will look forward to filling you in on the details soon, and will likely send a copy of my sermon today to you for next week's sermon.
The basic facts are quite clear. There is not a single example in the entire Bible of this type of overthrow. God has used Mr. Meredith to revive this phase of God's Work to preach the Gospel to the world. Mr. Meredith has NOT changed doctrinely, nor has he stopped the Work of God.... he has continued the same path that God started through him six years ago. Does it make any sense that God would suddenly change His mind and change leader- ship. Absolutely not! There is not one shred of evidence that God would bless a revolt against the man whom God has used to start this end time Work!
This group of 4 may have legal control of the board of Global, but we have a higher moral authority which are the clear Biblical principles of God. We will go forward, maybe a little smaller, but stronger than ever and totally committed to complete the Work of God that He has for us to do. Mr. Meredith's last 6 years have been years of zeal in getting God's Good News message out to a dying world. He has had to fight like a warrior for that priority in the last year and has requested our fasting and prayers on several occasions for the our spiritual strength and the retention of that Great Commission.
My wife's and my dedication and commitment remains with the priority of getting that Gospel message our to the world, and we continue to uphold the hands of God's anointed and set apart leader in the end time Church of God. May God be with each of us as we humbly seek God's will and confidently go forward in the knowledge that "the gates of the grave" will never prevail against God's Church.
As a positive note, the overwhelming majority of our area here in California have stood firmly for God's Way.

Dear Church Family,
It has been a very busy but gratifying week. My wife and I spent Wednesday and Thursday in San Diego helping with the dozens of details that have to be considered in reorganizing the Work and the Church. I am in the process of writing a paper that examines the issues that caused this crisis. I feel it is my duty to examine the issues and principles rather than personalitiesand "who said what about whom". I hope to forward a copy to each church area and video group next week.
In the meantime the income and response has been outstanding as we are set to continue the Work of God in every phase. Plans are continuing for next year's feast, summer camps, the telecast, TV air time, a new magazine, a series of booklets, and of course, a new office facility. The ministers present who contributed to the planning were Dr. Meredith, Mr. Richard Ames, Dibar Apartian, Doug Winnail, John Ogwyn, Lambert Greer, Mario Hernandez, Gerald Weston, Don Davis, Charles Bryce, Carl McNair and myself. The atmosphere was very unified and encouraging as the group worked together with a singleness of mind and purpose.
By the way, the new name for the Church is the LIVING CHURCH OF GOD, Personally, I like it!
